Tears fill my eyes as I speak for you
\nMother Nature! What have we come to<\/p>\n

You care for us like little children still we
\nProve ourselves to be as burdensome as can be<\/p>\n

We give you scars, we make you bleed
\nWe kill your other children, other creatures mercilessly<\/p>\n

And yet you gave the gift of thought to us
\nWe, who are the most treacherous!<\/p>\n

How dare we think we are so wise!
\nWhen all we do is make our mother cry<\/p>\n

Those animals you kill, those trees you cut
\nThere was no fault of theirs and still yet<\/p>\n

Do you not see even if you close your eyes
\nWhat we are doing to this Earth is the greatest vice<\/p>\n

Wake up Oh human! Wake up \u2018cause you are not asleep
\nLet\u2019s join our hands and do something more than pity<\/p>\n

For we have dared to destroy what we can\u2019t create
\nThe one that created us, Do you still not relate?<\/p>\n

We are attacking our own roots in the most gruesome ways
\nAwake! Oh Human! We are digging our own graves!<\/p>\n

For once just think of what if Mother Nature made excuses
\nTo create us, or to give us the life we so proudly possess<\/p>\n

It seems so wrong, we have wronged our own roots
\nIt\u2019s high time we stand up and that we prove<\/p>\n

To be at the least grateful to our Mother!
\nNo excuses, Let\u2019s at least pray for our creator!<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s join our hands and our thoughts too
\nTo protect the one, the smallest steps will do<\/p>\n

You hear my whisper, you listen to the danger
\nLet\u2019s prove ourselves worthy of the gift from our Mother!<\/p>\n

Oh you realize you have felt the pain when your loved one dies
\nCan we not open our hearts to the pain in Earth\u2019s eyes<\/p>\n

This time is passing by you see, it will never come back
\nHowever hard we try we will still lack<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s magnify our vision and look at it through the heart
\nLet\u2019s stop our Mother, before she chooses to depart!<\/p>\n
