days<br \/>It&#8217;s complete disparage<br \/>It&#8217;s utter desperation<br \/>It&#8217;s chaos<br \/>It&#8217;s hiding<br \/>It&#8217;s putting others comfort above your own<br \/>It&#8217;s a lifetime of fighting<br \/>It&#8217;s being strong while feeling your weakest<br \/>It&#8217;s shifting between being totally numb to heightened awareness<br \/>It&#8217;s life or death<br \/>It&#8217;s social awkwardness<br \/>It&#8217;s paralyzing fear<br \/>It&#8217;s aimlessly wandering<br \/>It&#8217;s wearing your pain<br \/>It&#8217;s disclosing nothing<br \/>It&#8217;s having to be in control<br \/>It&#8217;s mental torture<br \/>It&#8217;s visual scars that constantly remind you<br \/>It&#8217;s like treading water<br \/>It&#8217;s physical pain<br \/>It&#8217;s backing out of commitments<br \/>It&#8217;s needing recovery time after having to be 100% present at functions<br \/>It&#8217;s pretending to be fine<br \/>It&#8217;s feeling like a burden<br \/>It&#8217;s negative voices in your head<br \/>It&#8217;s overwhelming<br \/>It&#8217;s overthinking<br \/>It&#8217;s overanalyzing ever word<br \/>It&#8217;s rejection<br \/>It&#8217;s being uncomfortable in your own skin<br \/>It&#8217;s feeling like a failure<br \/>It&#8217;s trying to escape the horrid flashbacks<br \/>It&#8217;s feeling unlovable<br \/>It&#8217;s contemplating seeing another day<br \/>It&#8217;s wondering who you could have been<br \/>It&#8217;s failing<br \/>It&#8217;s self hate<br \/>It&#8217;s avoiding people<br \/>It&#8217;s not answering the phone<br \/>It&#8217;s not responding to messages<br \/>It&#8217;s closing the blinds<br \/>It&#8217;s not answering the door<br \/>It&#8217;s unforgiving<br \/>It&#8217;s panic attacks<br \/>It&#8217;s anxiety<br \/>It&#8217;s depression<br \/>It&#8217;s disassociation<br \/>It&#8217;s hating yourself<br \/>It&#8217;s restlessness<br \/>It&#8217;s excitement that turns to fear<br \/>It&#8217;s countless surgeries<br \/>It&#8217;s living around the pain<br \/>It&#8217;s sexual disfunction<br \/>It&#8217;s blinding rage<br \/>It&#8217;s damaged relationships<br \/>It&#8217;s being criticized<br \/>It&#8217;s being pushed away<br \/>It&#8217;s being excluded<br \/>It&#8217;s hopelessness<br \/>It&#8217;s the echo of your pounding heart<br \/>It&#8217;s never finding your way<br \/>It&#8217;s wishing it would take you<br \/>It&#8217;s being hypersensitive to body language<br \/>It&#8217;s feeling sorry that your spouse has to attempt to decipher your mood<br \/>It&#8217;s long days and even longer nights spent lost with no direction<br \/>It&#8217;s praying for a better day<br \/>It&#8217;s searching for a distraction<br \/>It&#8217;s knowing nothing can change<br \/>It&#8217;s watching your life as an outsider<br \/>It&#8217;s just wanting to be left alone<br \/>It&#8217;s knowing this is the best it will get<br \/>It&#8217;s finding comfort in the pain<br \/>It&#8217;s fight or flight daily<br \/>It&#8217;s lost moments<br \/>It&#8217;s rumors<br \/>It&#8217;s victim blaming<br \/>It&#8217;s hearing their whispers<br \/>It&#8217;s being called crazy<br \/>It&#8217;s judgment and being told it&#8217;s just attention seeking<br \/>It&#8217;s complex because it affects every part of who I am<br \/>It&#8217;s so much more than this EVERY SINGLE DAY<br \/>Speaking only from my perspective and experience since I live it every minute of my life.<\/p><p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #000304;\">\n\n<\/p><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>Some days a domestic goddess, and other days a lost woman that still hasn\u2019t bothered to brush her hair. My journey is full of life\u2019s whimsical tales, love, laughter, heartache, trauma, passion, fantasy and everything in between. My writing is raw, sometimes too raw but I write it anyways, it\u2019s my truth, my voice and I will share it. I\u2019ve been described as honest, even complicated and have a whole lot of sassy undertones, so things get interesting, even comical at times.
